F&B Captain / Venue Operations

**Job Location:** Dubai

**Contract:** 4 Months (Extendable)

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver high-quality F&B service and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Supervise food and beverage preparation and service delivery during events.
• Proactively engage with guests and support guest meetings/site visits.
• Plan and coordinate operational requirements for events.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of F&B products and promotions.
• Ensure grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle guest requirements, recommendations, and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Requirements:**
• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, preferably within restaurants, bars, banqueting, or similar-sized establishments.
• Experience in banqueting / MICE / event F&B operations is preferred.

**Salary:** AED 3500 + Accommodation & Transport
