Freelance F&B Manager – Events & Festivals

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Freelance F&B Manager** to oversee the sourcing, selection, onboarding, and management of food and beverage vendors for a series of events and festivals taking place from July to December 2026.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify, approach, and secure food and beverage vendors aligned with each event’s theme and objectives
• Manage vendor application, screening, evaluation, and selection process
• Handle end-to-end vendor onboarding and contract management
• Ensure all permits, licenses, insurance, and compliance requirements are met
• Serve as primary liaison between client, agency, and vendors
• Monitor vendor performance during events and ensure high standards
• Collect daily sales reports and prepare revenue summaries

**Requirements:**
• 3–5 years relevant experience in F&B or event vendor management
• Strong knowledge of the UAE events and hospitality market
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (required)
• Available for freelance contract July – December 2026
