**Outlet Manager - Flavours on Two at Towers Rotana**

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecast and staffing guide
• Conduct regular training sessions with the team in line with departmental SOPs
• Evaluate performance and initiate internal development and promotions
• Ensure timely setup of the outlet according to meal periods
• Handle guest welcome and seating
• Maintain professional relationships with patrons and update guest database
• Tour the outlet frequently to maintain highest cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Actively participate in promotional activities

**Qualifications & Skills:**
• College/University degree graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
• Computer literate with excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership, customer focus, and operational excellence
• Hands-on professional passionate about quality service
