**Key Responsibilities:**
• Direct and oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant and bar, ensuring compliance with service standards
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering excellence and accountability
• Uphold and enhance guest service with attentive and personalised experiences
• Develop, manage, and optimise the annual budget, revenue forecasting, and profitability
• Collaborate with the culinary team on innovative menu and beverage development
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Conduct regular operational audits
• Execute promotional campaigns and build relationships with suppliers and partners

**Qualifications:**
• Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant and bar management in luxury hospitality
